Last week, Year 4 took part in pedestrian skills training around the local area. They found out the difference between a pelican and puffin crossing and learnt how to negotiate crossing at junctions and where there are parked cars. The children set a great example and were able to ask lots of questions. Many thanks to our parent helpers who supported us throughout the morning!
In school, we have been working on our report writing and reading comprehension as well as learning how to calculate the perimeter and area of a rectilinear shape. The children have also enjoyed editing and improving their Egyptian films in ICT.
