Water happened to Spike and Bubba?

The children produced great newspaper articles about the Watertower this week, complete with picture, caption and a catchy heading. After reading the sequel we are still non-the-wiser as to what is actually happening… but we have had fun thinking of our own theories.

In Maths we have continued to work with fractions, problems solving and finding fractions of amounts. It is really useful to be able to draw the fractions so you can visualise and figure out what the questions is actually asking of you!

Our new Science topic has been fun to explore as we have looked at different types of forces. Today we made balloon rockets and thought about how we could impact the speed by changing the forces. Why not have a go at making one at home?

Have a wonderful weekend. Remember that Geography homework is due in next week – we look forward to seeing lots of creativity!
