Take the ‘Hot Seat’!

What a busy four day week we’ve had.

On Monday, in our science lesson, we carried out our planned investigations to see if the following statement was true or false ‘Hard materials cannot absorb water.’ Look carefully at our results to see what we found out!

In PSHE we thought about our talents and skills.  We have quite a lot between us: basketball, football, drawing, making creative things, tap dancing, golf and lots more.  We also discussed things that we need to practise in order to get better at it.

In our History lesson we put ourselves in the shoes of Nelson Mandela.  We all thought about a question we would have liked to ask him and then took it in turns to sit in the ‘Hot Seat’ and answer the questions from Nelson Mandela’s point of view.

In Maths we have been dividing by sharing and creating links between division and multiplication.  We have enjoyed making fact families.

We are all hoping that the sun shines for our long weekend and that you all have fun!

Best wishes
