We are poets – don’t you know it?

We have worked really hard this work created poems based on a book by Benjamin Chaud and Davide Cali called “I didn’t do my homework because…” The children had very unique and wacky ideas and we tried hard to create a rhyming pattern and use other poetic devices.

In Maths, we have been focusing on prime numbers, identifying them and problem solving. Also we have been practising our multiplication, leaning a new method called – Lattice method multiplication. Get your children to teach it to you if you don’t know it!

We were cold in Science this week and we tried to make ice melt! We had a control ice cube that we left alone then a test ice cube that we tried to melt. After, we created a line graph to show the difference between our two cubes.

Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the warm weather before Winter takes over!
