What a busy week! Practise for sharing assemblies are well underway and we look forward to presenting them in a few weeks time.
In art we have been looking at landscapes using different media. This week we focused on using charcoal and pastels to created coastal scenes. Lots of creativity going on!
Our English suspense stories are over half complete and the children have tried really hard to get all elements of year 5 writing in their work. We will finish them next week and I’m sure everyone will enjoy reading them at parents evening.
Today brought possibly the trickiest Maths lesson – multiplying with decimals and using multiple steps to solve a problem. The children showed great resilience with this.
Have a lovely weekend and don’t get too cold!
