Another busy week in year 5 ending with Careers Day! We were lucky to have some great speakers and activities and the senior orchestra performed wonderfully with our visiting orchestra in the afternoon.
Our trip to the Victorian was wonderful (if not a bit scary). We can’t believe how strict they were back then! The children represented the school wonderfully and got involved with the acting.
The children worked hard this week to write persuasive letters to Mrs Carter, asking if we could hold the £5 challenge. Fingers crossed that we were persuasive enough – we’ll find out next week!
Have a lovely sunny weekend and enjoy the fair!
