Week 5 highlights

Forest class have had an artistic week completing their art project. We based our artwork on a poem called “Woodland Magic”. Firstly, we created colours by mixing paints. Then we chopped and stuck down shapes. Lastly, we used carbon copy paper to write words and make marks on top of our work. The finished results look really effective!

In English, we have started our new unit on Horrible Histories. We aim to create a leaflet on Victorian Inventions written in the style of Horrible Histories. We’ve had great fun already taking facts and putting them into rhymes, adverts, menus and much more.

In Maths, we’ve continued to look at a variety of graphs and interpreted the data. We also identified the best graphs to use for continuous and discrete data.

Have a wonderful weekend and see you on Monday!
