That’s Year 4 folks!

Wow! We can’t believe that we have come to the end of another year! We are so proud of what Year 4 have achieved. They have made improvements in not only work but in confidence and resilience too and we want to thank you for all your support. We are sure they will continue to make strides as they start Year 5 in September.

We wanted to share some bits with you that they have done this week, most notably our still life clay tiles which look fantastic now they are painted. We love the way that the colours have been mixed and used to highlight certain parts of the fruit, combined with the backgrounds which make the colours pop. A great final art project Year 4!

We have been busy practising for our musical concert too, which takes place on Monday morning and can’t wait to show you what we have been learning in music over the year. It has been lovely to see the level of confidence grow when performing, and it is incredible that everyone can now play an instrument. We look forward to seeing you on Monday morning.

We wish families who are leaving us the best of luck for the future and also a special goodbye to Mr Hartington as he embarks on his next adventure in Egypt. We will miss you!

We hope you all have a very enjoyable summer break.
