Welcome back to the Spring term of Year 2. Time is flying! We hope you all had a peaceful break and are happy to be back into a routine!
We have started the week reading a non-chronological report about a strange creature called a ‘Tigglewump’ and have been inspired to create and name our own. We have had some very imaginative designs and descriptions and look forward to writing our own reports about them next week, using the plan we have written.
In Maths we have been working on fact families and the relationship between addition and subtraction. The children have really enjoyed creating families from three numbers.
In RE we have thought about ‘belonging’ and ‘being thankful’.
