I was brought up in France, where I did my baccalaureate and first mechanical and production engineering degree, I went on to do a masters of engineering in robotics. Following a 15 year career in the field, I also completed an MBA (Master of Business Administration) at Cranfield.

I have experience managing small businesses. I was on the board of directors of a £20M manufacturing company.

Today I run two start-up businesses, one is an international trade consultancy and the other is an automation engineering company.

I’ve been a STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Maths) ambassador for three years now, and regularly drop into local schools as well as ACS to do presentations and demonstrations on STEM subjects. I feel children should be given as many opportunities as possible to explore STEM subjects as these are fundamental to addressing the challenges the world is currently facing. Finally, I’m fairly outgoing and approachable, and have been involved in helping the PTA organise and run the comedy and quiz nights.
